Step by Step CARD by Carolyn Zabel

Here is a Card by Carolyn to give us some ideas and step by step intructions using the Maddison Range from K & Co. This is a beautiful faminen range and hope you enjoy what Carolyn brings you!

Here one amazing card by Carolyn Zabel

Products needed are
  • Green Bazzill
  • Pink Bazzill
  • K & Co Madeline Pink textiles Patterned paper
  • K&Co madeline Mint Scalloped roses Flat paper
  • Scalloped circle die cut
  • Circle die cut
  • Kaisercraft Flora & Fauna Clear stamps- Large Butterfly
  • Kaisercraft Pearls
  • Sewing machine with no thread or a paper piercer

First you need to cut a piece of green bazzill 5.7"x 3.9"
I then used my mini sewing machine with no thread in it to
Sew around the edges of the paper. You could also use a paper piercer.

Next cut a piece of K & Co Madeline Pink textiles Patterned paper to 3.5"x 2.6"
Do the same piercing around the edges of the paper
Adhere to the left side of the card about a quarter of an inch in from the side
Of the green bazzill and adhere.

Next cut a piece of K&Co madeline Mint Scalloped roses Flat paper 4.2" X 3.2"
And do the same again piercing the edges of the paper to make it look sewn on.

Next I used a scallop die cut circle and inked the edges with a stamp pad.
I then mounted a plain white circle die cut on top of that also rubbing the edges with a brown stamp pad.
Adhere this to the far right side of the patterned paper.

Taking the large butterfly from the kaisercraft Foora & fauna clear stamps stamp the butterfly on the backside
Of pink Bazzill with a black stamp pad. You then need to cut out the shape of the butterfly.
Then bend the wings fron the body piece of the Butterfly as if it is in flight will give the butterfly
Some nice dimension. Adhere the butterfly to the middle of the scalloped circle.
Finish it off with the KaiserCraft pearls up in the top left corner of the
K & Co Madeline Pink textiles Patterned paper spacing them out evenly.

I hope U enjoyed this tutorial.
Cheers
Carolyn
