Lastest Layouts!.....created my me (Tanyah Payne)

Ok, over the Christmas holiday period, I was creating a storm for A2Z scraplets. I had a tone of fun using their chipboard products in different ways. I quite often will cut the shape or word to suit my layout

Bouncing Baby Boy!

Products Used....................
  • 2 differenent types of pattern papers from We R memory Keepers - White nonsence range
  • Blue bazzil bling cardstock
  • Choc Brown Timeless cardstock
  • A2Z 'bouncing baby boy word'
  • 1 button
Extra tools needed
  • Eyelet punch
  • Double sided tape
  • Brown ink
  • White gel pen

This layout is to help you scrap very large photos. But you could put 4 smaller photos together if you wished

I have tried to create a layout using very few products to show you don't have to use a lot on a page to look ok.

I have done this layout for my baby nephew. But using these colours can be for a wide variety of photos for boy/girls, weddings, birthdays and more!

STEP 1
  • Use your blue bazzil
STEP 2
  • Cut 1 strip of pattern paper that is 3cm wide. Then cut four 6cm lengths. Divide and fold these in half. 2 of these showing a pattern and 2 of them are white (which is the back of the paper).
  • Ink around the edges of all 4 mini tags.
  • Place one of these tags that shows pattern on the bottom left corner

STEP 3
  • Using the back of one of the pattern papers cut a strip to.....24 x 7cm
  • Ink the edges

STEP 4
  • Using a different pattern paper
  • Cut to size 27x 23cm
  • On the left side draw a bracket edge and cut
  • Then hole punch using your eyelet hole puch holes along the left edge of the bracket
  • Adhere onto your layout

STEP 5
  • Using the sampe pattern paper as your little tags, Cut a strip to size - 27 x 3.5cm
  • Scollop the bottom edge
  • Ink around the edges
  • Fold under the blue cardstock any hanging over edges
  • Place the other Pattern paper tag under the bracket edge

STEP 6
  • Find your 8" x 10" photo (or use 2-4 other photos)
  • Sand the edges
  • Adhere onto your layout

STEP 7
  • Find your white tags
  • Place one under the scolloped edge of pattern paper on the bottom right side
  • Place the other under the photo on the bottom right side

STEP 8
Cut out some heart shapes and place onthe white tags
Draw some white stiching on one side of each heart

TO DO THE ENVELOPE....
  • Cut a strip of cardstock (brown) to size - 15 x 7cm
  • Adhere the to ends together
  • Fold down making 2 creases on each side
  • Using a corner punch, corner round the bottom edges
  • Fold the bottom up
  • Cut away the inside cardstock on the fold
  • adhere the outside fold
  • draw stiching lines using your white gel pen
  • Cut some small strips that is 5mm wide and adhere onto the envelope
  • Cut a circle or shape in the center of the tag

MAKING THE ENVELOPE
  • Measure the width and cut a little smaller than the envelop
  • Cut the height, larger so you can put some ribbon on the end
  • Place a button or embellishment in the center of the circle

STEP 9
Here is your finished Layout!
Hope you have enjoyed

TO PURCHASE ONE OF YOUR OWN.... click HERE
WATCH ME GROW - by Gayatri......

Step 1
Use the scarlet cardstock as the base

Step 2
Use the last strip of Sakura Park kanzan paper and 2 rectanglar pieces of Ukon and Hana papers to layer on the back cardstock as shown in the layout and fold one corner of Hana pp.

Step 3
All the pattern papers are distressed using an edge distressor

Step 4
Cut half of the huge black flower and adhere it on the top left of the cardstock

Step 5
Sand the photo and adhere them on top of the layered Pattern paper as shown in the layout

Step 6
Use the other half of the red flower and adhere it on the right bottom of the photo

Step 7
Add the small wooden flourishes on top of both the flowers and decorate it with Kaiser craft Pearls

Step 8
If you have kaiser craft corner bling flourishes you can add them to decorate beside the red flower

Step 9
Use the Rose Moka alphas and create your title on the A-Z scraplet tag. Attached them next to the photo as shown in the layout.

Step 10
With the white gel pen from your stash, outline the flowers and the borders of the layered pattern paper. This makes the papers stand out of hte cardstock.

Step 11
Cut 2 pieces of ribbon and attach it ont he right corner of the cardstock using glue dots. This gives a border appearances to the layout.

Voila the layout is finished.
Hope you enjoyed making this layout

It feels very similar to velvet or felt.
This product that can be purchased in 2 different forms...

LOOSE

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What can you do with it?

Technique 1- Using double sided tape and LOOSE FLOCKING

STEP 1

Make a shape using your double sided tape
Peal off the backing of the tape

STEP 2
Poor over some powder
shack off any loose bits
put back into packet

STEP 3
finished flocked letter done

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Technique 1- Using double sided tape and FLOCKING on a sheet

STEP 1

Create your letter as like above

STEP 2
place the flocking part of the sheet down onto the sticky part of the letter

STEP 3
Use a paddle pop stick or rub on tool and rub the flocking onto the sticky parts
Lift off your sheet and you will have a flocked shape
If you haven't covered it all completely, replace sheet and rub again.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Technique 2- Using double sided rubons

These can come in many different ways
We R Memory keepers has these in a kit including the flocking, foil and glitter sheets

Other brands that you can get are K & Company, Around the block

Technique 3- Using double sided stickers

This can be the same as using Jac paper.
You can draw and cut out shapes
Use a die cut machine
or print off shapes and cut out
or use the below products that are already done for you!

Step 1 - take off sticker and place where you want it to go
Step 2 - peal off top layer
Step 3 - apply the loose or sheet flocking

Technique 4- Using Chip shapes and applying flocking

You can do this in many ways.
